Parking Lot and Shuttle Team

These roles require only a 30–45 minute commitment, yet they play a powerful role in removing barriers, creating order, and setting a tone of hospitality before anyone ever enters the building. A smile, a wave, a safe ride, and a willing heart can make an eternal difference.

Parking Lot Greeter

Description: On Good Friday we are needing volunteers who can serve from 4:30p-5:00p and 6-6:30p. On Easter we are needing volunteers to serve from 7:45a-8:30a, 9:30a-10:00a, and 11:00a-11:30a

Shuttle Driver

Description: On Easter, we will have overflow/Curtain Holder parking available at Winfree Bryant Middle School. There will be five shuttles running throuhgout the day and we are needing volunteers to serve during these time slots: 6:45-8:15AM, 7:45-8:15AM, 9:15-10:15AM, 11-11:45AM, 12-1PM.

Kids Min.

Kids Check-In

Description: On Good Friday we will be having classes for Birth-5th Grade and we need volunteers for Kids Check-in for both services (5p and 6:30p). On Sunday, we need Kids Check-in volunteers for the 8:30a, 10:00a, and 11:30a services.

Nursery 1 & 2, Toddler 2T & 3T, Pre-K 4 & 5, Kindergarten-Fifth Grade

Description: This role is to provide a safe, secure, nurturing care to the children, while playing with them or directing their play, reading to them, praying for the children and exhibiting Christ-like patience and love, and assisting with the provided class lesson in words the child can understand. We need volunteers to serve in classrooms on Good Friday during both services (5p & 6:30p) and Sunday during the 8:30a, 10:00a, 11:30a.

Special Buddy

Description: A buddy serves to help assist a child in a typical Kids Ministry classroom. We want each child to have a consistent buddy, where relationships are fostered and trust is gained. A buddy’s role is to help facilitate meaningful connections between a child and their teacher/peers, as well as helping a child grow to know and love the Lord. We need Special Buddys serving during both services on Good Friday (5p & 6:30p) and Sunday during the 8:30a, 10:00a, 11:30a.

Guest Experience

Door Greeter

Description: On Good Friday and Easter Sunday, we are needing volunteers who can serve at the doors, welcoming first time guests and visitors. We need door greeters who can serve before and between both Good Friday services (5p and 6:30p) as well as door greeters for the 1:00p service on Sunday.

Communion Basket Holder

Description: We will be taking communion on Good Friday in addition to Easter Sunday this year. We are needing volunteers who can serve at the auditorium doors to hold communion baskets before and between services on Good Friday (5p and 6:30p) as well as before the 1:00p service on Sunday.
