Those who serve at TJC are called Curtain Holders because we are pulling the curtain back to show the glory of Christ. There are many opportunities to serve at TJC and use your gifts to help make the church body stronger as we show Jesus as incomparably glorious together.

Planting churches was always a part of God’s mission to reap His harvest. We see the early church form throughout the book of Acts. Part of our execution strategy for our vision to "Build Up & Send Out" is to engage in plant, replant, and revitalization efforts of struggling churches around the country.
There are several ways that we intend to participate in these efforts
- We will work with various partners to plant and replant churches in unevangelized communities throughout the nation.
- We will Build Up pastors and leadership teams to accomplish our replanting strategy.
