The Director of Facilities is responsible for managing and developing the church’s facilities systems, processes and volunteer/contract labor, in order to ensure they support the ministries effectively. This includes overseeing operations, maintenance, appearance, and cleanliness of all facilities as well as organizing equipment set up and breakdown for activities.

The role of the Kid’s Ministry Assistant is to assist the Kid’s Pastor and Kid’s Ministry Director in the operational responsibilities and programming which are offered to children and families. The successful candidate will work with the Kid’s Pastor and Kid’s Ministry Director, and our TJC Kid’s Ministry Team to serve The Journey Church through facility preparation, event planning and execution, and service preparation, programming, and operations.

The Ministry Assistant for Discipleship and Mobilization will support the Pastor of Discipleship and Mobilization, and the Directory of Community. The successful candidate will play a vital role by performing administrative tasks in the areas of Assimilation Life Groups, TJC Men and Women, MDWK, Re|engage, and Mobilization.
